FLATBED TRAILERS
Our classic model for your transport needs: our flatbed trailers are available as single or tandem axle trailers with sandwich panels or wood. The ideal road holding makes them a practical, long-term companion.
WHEELS-IN TRAILER
Our wheels-in trailers are perfectly finished and protected against corrosion. The robust structure is composed of 30 mm thick sandwich panels. The walls have a polyurethane core and a double-sided coating of galvanised sheet steel with a polyester paint finish.
LOW WHEELS-IN TRAILER
Our wheels-in trailers with extra low loading height (from just 620 mm) make it easy to load bulky goods. Like the standard wheels in trailers, they are available as a tandem axle trailer with sandwich panels.
POLY FRONT BOX TRAILER
Ideal for transporting one or two motorbikes, the HKPA poly-aluminium box trailer is stylish and superior. The durable and high-quality box trailer is particularly impressive thanks to its carefully designed details and wide range of standard equipment.
PLYWOOD SINGLE-AXLE TRAILER
The clever luggage tag with smart lowering mechanism. The loading area comes to you when loading and unloading. The result is a flat ramp angle of only 4 to 6 degrees. With the integrated access ramp and tailgate that opens upwards, this trailer is the perfect partner for comfortable loading.
CONSTRUCTION SITE TRAILER
The mobile lounge with all mod cons. The site trailer offers space for up to 6 people and can be equipped with a fixed seating area consisting of two benches and a table. It can also be equipped with a wide range of accessories and customised to suit your needs.

FREEZER BOX TRAILER
Cold, colder, frozen — with our freezer trailer, you can transport goods at temperatures below zero degrees. The cooling units accommodate temperatures between + 10 degrees and -20 degrees.

Our sales trailers make selling easier for you in four ways. You can access your sales trailer via an entrance door at the front. High-quality lighting is housed in galvanised brackets.
Lifting Platform trailer box body
Conveniently load heavy goods into the trailer and transport them safely and dry: no problem with the Humbaur lifting platform trailer with box body. The tandem trailer has a sturdy, hot-dip galvanised frame. The 18 mm thick screen-printed floor plate can withstand all loads, and lashing points for load securing can be moved along floor rails.
Plywood vs sandwich: features and benefits
The wood composite for all occasions –
lightweight, robust and dimensionally stable
Plywood is a widely used wood composite, popular due to its high strength and dimensional stability.
Several layers of birch are glued together with their wood grain rotated at 90 degrees to one another, producing consistent directional properties within the material. The expansion and shrinkage that is typical of wood is greatly reduced, as is the tendency for the wood to split — because the pressure can be distributed more effectively across the layers.
The material we use also features an additional plastic coating, helping to make it both durable and weather-resistant. It is fade-resistant and easy to clean, which means that it is ideal for a host of different transportation requirements.
The body – multiple individual layers for good stability
The dried wood layers are glued on top of one another with their grain crosswise and then hot pressed.
For our plywood box trailers we use 15 mm thick material.

PurFerro sandwich panels –
lightweight, robust and dimensionally stable
PurFerro is known for its polyurethane foam core and steel outer layers. The combination of the outer layers and the rigid core makes the sandwich panels extremely stiff and means they are able to carry high loads. The core also delivers excellent thermal insulation.
The polyurethane foam core is 100% CFC-free. The two steel outer layers have a polyester coating, which makes for a smooth surface. This means that the material is easy to clean and can also be painted or fitted with decals.
The PurFerro material is manufactured by a Humbaur subsidiary company,
allowing us to guarantee optimum quality at all times.
The body – higher foam density for greater stability
The composite is formed by packing the free space between the two outer layers with pressurised foam.
For our sandwich box trailers we use material that is either 30 mm, 60 mm or 80 mm thick, depending on the specific requirements.
